• You will hear your phone ringing in your ear. Whatever ringtone you have set will play. If the phone is on silent, I do believe it still rings in your ear but keeps your phone silent.

• Hi there! The Jabra Talk 25 does not support the Bluetooth profile required to announce the names of callers. You may be interested in checking out the Jabra Talk 35 or the Talk 45 which both have that capability. Thanks!
