• As long as the person is in your contacts, you can ask Siri to call that person, i.e. "Hey Siri, call Jon Doe." Or if you have a call coming in, it will identify the caller as long as the caller is in your contacts. If it's an unknown caller, it will tell you, "caller unknown."

• Hello Monica - The Jabra Talk 25 does not have the Bluetooth profile (PBAP) required to support caller ID. The Jabra Talk 35, Talk 45, and Talk 55 support PBAP.
