Hello Holt- Thanks for your question. No, the Jabra Talk 35 will not play personal ringtones when you get an incoming call while you have the Talk 35 connected to your phone. That said, the Jabra Talk 35 supports the Phone Book Access Profile, so as long as you have your incoming caller's phone number saved in your phone's contacts, the Talk 35 will announce their contact name. If you get a call from an unknown number, the Jabra Talk 35 will read out the caller's number.
