• I, too have separate ringtones for my contacts. And, yes I can hear all the different ringtones thru my headset. I just love my Jabra Talk 25.

• Hello Bee25- When answering an incoming call on a smartphone with the Windows or iOS operating system, the audio normally stays in the smartphone. To transfer the audio from the incoming call to the Jabra Bluetooth device, press the Answer call button on the Jabra device. Some smartphones may provide an option to select where you want to transfer the audio for an incoming call. Thank you for your question.
