Q: QuestionHow do you set up this Bluetooth to have caller ID
Asked by Bren.
- A:Answer See the following prerequisites: Your mobile phone supports the Bluetooth Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP). During pairing, you must have allowed access to your phone book. The calling number must be associated with a stored contact in the phone book. The incoming call is not from an unknown, unlisted, or blocked caller.

Q: QuestionDoes this fit people with small ear canals
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I find it was more comfortable than any others of this form factorI tried. I can't wear in-the-ear headsets because of a very small ear canal, but this one is pretty comfortable. The only problem is that heavier glasses frames sometimes put pressure on the ear hook part, and that can get uncomfortable. (Don't have this problem with my thinner frames.) You might also consider an over-the-head style to bypass the whole in-ear discomfort. They aren't as easy to carry around, and they certainly aren't inconspicuous, but the sound quality tends to be much better, and you don't feel like someone has a battering ram to your ear canal after ten minutes. Blue Parrot and Plantronics both make very good over-head bluetooth headsets.
