Thanks for all the answers, but none of them helped. Jabra helped me download software that did not help. Jabra also sent me a new unit that was no different. I have found that talking from my Samsung S10 to my husbands S10 is the loudest and can not stand talking. We usually talk several hours a day so this devise had to be returned. Exchanged it for a Plantronics for the same price and that was even worse. So my conclusion is that it is something to do with the Samsung s10. So I hope that Samsung can do something about that in the near future as this phone has been an aweful experience so far!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have the galaxy s10 plus. If you push the volume button on the left side of your phone. When the volume comes on your screen. Take your finger and pull it down on your screen. Then, you will see Volume, Media/Jabra, Notification and lastly System. When you see Media/Jabra put your finger on it and adjust the volume to the left to lower the sound or move it to the right for higher sound volume.

You may be able to lower the minimum volume for the phone in your phone's settings menu. We encourage you to contact our support team if you still find the volume too loud: https://www.jabra.com/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport/ContactJabraSupportConsumer
