Is there a volume on my earpiece I can turn up null

Hello Bobalong- Thanks for your interest in the Jabra Talk 45! At this time there is no volume control on the earpiece itself.

No there is not. Volume is controlled through the mobile device it’s paired to.

Volume control is handled by the device you are connected to. If you are using it on your cell phone id suggest download the Jabra app and adjusting your earpiece. If that doesn't work then I'd suggest either exchanging it to try another one, or getting a different headset. I got this one for my wife, and she likes it. I personally use a plantronics 5200.
