- Answer I think your asking can the the ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING be used by itself without music. The answer is yes !!!! They don't even need to be connected to the phone to work.

QuestionOnce it is out of battery, can it be plugged to a cable to use it wired? This would be very helpful when using in an airplane.

- Answer Once they are out of battery the only option is to recharge them. They can't be used wired.

QuestionHey I have the jam contour earphones but when I put it on the charger there is a red light shown and it won’t switch on no matter how long I charge it for can you tell me what do I do??

- Answer I had the same problem, it’s the charger. I change it (my cellphone charger) and works fine. 2-3 hours to full charge. The red light turn blue.

QuestionBought mine less than a year ago and doesn't seem to charge anymore? Charging light shows red while charging but can't turn on the earphones anymore when unplugged . Any suggestions what can be done to solve the problem?

- Answer I recently purchased a set of the Jam Contours. Love them. I haven't had any trouble with charging them though. Are you using the charging cord and plug that came with them? I have used other device cord and plugs and they worked fine as well.
