QuestionI have just purchased these earbuds but can’t get the two to pair with my iPhone. I can get one to pair in mono mode but not the two at the same time. They also won’t pair with my Fitbit. But they do pair with an android phone. Any ideas ?

- Answer put in box power off 10 secounds of holding down buttons while in box. take out of box same exact time wait a sec then double click same exact time...the turn on bluetooth for pairings...takes a bit a practice bit youll get it soon

QuestionIs there a way to find a lost earphone?. So you have one but not the other. If so how.

- Answer You cant. Recomend buying the samsung you can find lost headphones it will signal a GPS location last spot the earbuds died. And theres also a find my earbuds on the app samsung provides. But only some features work if you have a samsung phone. Recomend getting Samsung earbuds if you own a samsung phone you can get all the features.

QuestionMy jam ultra wireless are 1 year and I wear them and I can connect and listen to mono easily but when they connect together every time I tilt, move, or anything else they fade out left to right and stop playing for 2 seconds then come back and repeat

QuestionDoes anybody know how to get their volume lower? I currently am using them with my iPhone 7 and even when I have the volume on that set all the way down to 1, the volume on these are still blasting. How do I fix this?

- Answer go 2 your sound icon on your phone task bar and click playback devices. click on properties and you will be able 2 adjust sound

QuestionMy charging case is having issues. No matter how long I leave the buds in the case to charge the left side never seems to charge. I end up just charging off the right side for both buds. Is there a solution to this problem?

- Answer You may have to clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol. I have done this before.

QuestionHaven't used these in awhile. I charged the case and looks like only the right bud is charged. No light or sounds from the left bud. Any ideas?

- Answer Ive had the same problem and using some alcohol and a cotton i clean the brass prongs in the case and on the ear buds worked for me

QuestionI love my earbuds, however all of a sudden one of my earbuds seems to have audio playing from the outside of the earbud as opposed to the speaker inside the ear canal, therefore the audio sounds very distant. The other is fine

- Answer There are 2 bluetooth connections for these headphones. Look under your bluetooth connections and there should be Live True and Live True Mono. Live True Mono is for just one of the buds and Live True is for both. If you don't see Live True, you might have to walk back through setup.

- Answer Have you tried to shutting off your Bluetooth and the ear buds off, and turn them back on. I had to do this a couple of times it works.

- Answer Turn your Bluetooth off on the phone take the earbuds out the case let them both turn blue then ture your Bluetooth back on then they should work. My work with music and phone and I phone tablet.

- Answer Yes I fact I do especially when I'm in my office. The manual describes how but basically when powered you just inset one earbud and you can hear from either side left or right. I have had these about a month now and love them the battery life is very good I'm getting almost 4.5hrs of continuous use. And I think they are still on sale at BB.
