• Water resistant not waterproof. I take mine off when showering but get splashes in everyday life with no problems.

• They say that it is, that you can shower with it on, wash your hands, wash dishes, be out in the rain etc without worrying about taking it off. But it isn't submergible, meaning you shouldnt wear it in the pool or probably the bath.
