• You get your info from the phone app. The band itself is very attractive but only blinks three lights for a few specific things.

• The device display only shows what mode it is in (active, sleep, etc). Otherwise, steps and any information comes from the app. The app is pretty essential for use.

• It requires an app on your phone to look at your information. There is no readings on the device.
