“First off, these are awesome! Only problem is that everytime i turn them on, it says "Charge Me." It also says my ear buds are always at 0% even though i just charged them. Apparently this is a new one and i already contacted support.”

When you charge the headphones are you making sure that both the charger (has a battery as well) and the headphones are being charged fully? Both the charger and the headphones should have green lights on to indicate that they are charged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. I suggest you get them replaced with a brand new pair . There is no real fix. Must be a defect.
