“Just got them today and so far not finding the process of even charging for first use very easy. how long should it take to charge them initially? is there an online manual that gives more information than the enclosed quick start?”

Both the battery pack and the headphones should fully charge in 2 hours. If the charge lights aren’t turning green, they may be defective.

Please try again later.there should be a little charge in the headphones themselves initially, but the good thing is that you can put the charging clip on the charger, and by the time the headphones are dead the clip will be charged. So, hook them and go back to your workout. but don't charge both HP and clip then leave them attached as apparently that drains the clips battery leading to almost no increase in HP battery life. i kept them attached got 4.5 hours, but draining the HP then attaching the clip and letting it recharge will give you the full 8 hours and extra charging clips are around $20 very worth it
