Only thing missing on the black Friday ones are some ear cushions. Only comes with medium and small silicone. No large silicone and no foam tips

Yea it does. I purchased mines when I seen the sale online. Everything is in the box including the charging ports and battery pack.

Yes - it comes with the charging clip and a short (3" or so) charging cable. However, I don't know if I received a bad unit but I had lots of issues with music fading out on these. Tried with several phones with the same issue. Would skip (go silent for about half a second) every 5-10 seconds. Returned them and sticking with an adapter and wired headphones for now.

Battery life isn't as long as advertised as well, advertised as 4 with the headphones, and 8 with the external charger/battery. I got about half that (2 on headphones alone, 4 on headphones with external battery cliped). However my battery life could have been reduced from the connection problem I was having with them, and hopefully these were just a bad pair. I decided not to try another pair just in case.
