“I bought Jaybird RUN's about 2-3 weeks ago and have used them 3 - 4 times. The case does not charge them hardly at all. Also when in the case and case is closed it turns them on. Connectivity issues as well. Do you take back deffective devices?”

• Sounds like you have a defective device. I would take them back and exchange them for another pair.
