I have smaller ears and they fit great. They have several different tips you can use for a better fit. When I've used them running they have never felt like they might fall out. So light you don't even notice you have them in. I love mine.

That being said, for all other positive features I tend to overlook the problem with the fit. I have dropped the buds in wet potting soil and all I had to do was clean them up real good and they played like new. I love these buds and have tried multiple brands before I found these.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.While this is completely subjective, as your small ear canals won't be the same as mine, for me the small tips fit well for me. I got about 3 hours with them in my ear until I needed to remove them, take a break, and they go for a bit longer.
