• Yes you can buy a complete set or you can buy a Bluetooth transmitter connect it to the 3.5 jack on the tv and use Bluetooth headphones of your choice

• These aren't the ones to do it. You would need a blutooth transmitter on the tv. Try wireless headphones with their own transmitter that is not bluetooth. Sony has one.

• Look for a bluetooth transmitter. These plug into a headphone jack (assuming there is one on the tv). Then you will need a bluetooth headset device, like the X2 in order to pair with the transmitter.
