Contact Best Buy about it, if they don't do anything about it, contact Jaybird. They sent me a one-time free replacement pouch my old X3 when I told them I lost all the tips in it, and it came with a charger.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There’s a small 3” cable in the pouch inside the box. Pull out the headphones from the box and there are two packages. The small plastic one has the different ear pieces, the black Jaybird pouch has the cable. The reason I will never by Jaybirds again is that the cable is proprietary to their headphones. Not a standard micro usb or anything. Lose that cable and the headphones are useless.
