• yes. mine is connected to both and knows which I'm using and automatically switches over

• Yes, but the set I got didn't do a great job at handling it. If you have it paired to both and your listening to your music with one phone and get a call on the other, it doesnt shut off the music and let you answer the phone. Other buds do....
