Did you push the bluetooth button on the sound bar and then the bluetooth button on your subwoofer after everything is plugged in? If that does not work, follow the instructions. Good luck

Please try again later.We are sorry to know you are experiencing issues pairing the subwoofer to the soundbar, make sure the light on the sub is flashing fast (pairing mode) once it does, press and hold down the dim display button on the JBL remote control for more than 5 sec, followed by a quick press/release of Bass (+) and another quick press and release of Bass (-), If you still have issues paring it, kindly contact our tech support line, we will be more than glad to help you troubleshoot it, thank you.
