“My subwoofer seems to be working but am unable to tell difference between high and low settings. How can I fix this? I’ve tried using the bass+ and bass- buttons on the remote. Had soundbar system approx 1 year.”

Thanks for reaching out. Let's try to troubleshoot the subwoofer from your JBL BAR 2.1 soundbar. Try playing something through your soundbar with the volume on the bass cranked up to the highest, loudest increment. Then, slowly decrease the level of bass until it completely goes out and notice the difference of the bass afterwards. Try this out; hopefully it works. You might have to increase the overall level to a point you might not use, then change the settings to see/hear the differences. Just a suggestion....hope that may help. Joey
