We just bought this yesterday. We watched the game and listened to it through the sound bar. After the game we played music. After an hour of playing music the subwoofer stopped and will not work. It’s paired! I don’t know what the problem is. Help!!!! null

I would return it to the store and exchange it because it sounds like you got a defective product.The subwoofer should always be on with the sound bar at the same time.
