“I have the jbl 3.1 soundbar. When trying to pair the subwoofer to the bar, the pairing button on the sub first indicate like it should but then turns orange and stopa indicating. What can i do next? Thank you”

• When pairing the JBL Bar series, you'll need to press on the button on the back of the subwoofer first until the light starts to flash white fast. Next is to get your Soundbar remote and press the DIM DISPLAY button for 5 seconds, quickly followed by pressing BASS+ then BASS -. If done correctly, the soundbar display will show 'Pairing' then eventually say 'Connected' and the subwoofer light will be a solid white light.
