“Considering Samsung NU6900 series tv with this sound bar. Tv only has two HDMI ports, and assume one would be taken by this. Need to connect a Roku and might want a game system on as well. Can we connect those to this bar instead of tv, like a receiver?”

Yes, you can connect the Roku to the HDMI MHL port of our JBL Bar 3.1 and then connect the HDMI ARC of the soundbar to the HDMI ARC port of your TV. If you need more help, please contact us here:https://bit.ly/2zwFkYM

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this soundbar has a pass through port (arc) HDMI and three other HDMI ports. You can plug in three separate items and then connect the arc port to the tv, as long as your tv also has an HDMI port with arc capability. It will be labeled next to the port on the back of the tv and allows audio/video to travel both ways from tv to soundbar.
