“My JBL 3.1 subwoofer not pairing with JBL soundbar. I tried pressing pair button in the back of subwoofer and then pressing Dim and + - . Still not pairing. Please advise”

• The best thing to try is a factory reset (in the manual). Then unplug the Sub for a few seconds and then plug it back in. That worked for me. It paired right up.
