They are replacing it next week with one (not JBL) I found high evaluation/reviews by Buyers Guide & Consumer Reports, as well as many owners. I did much research on the JBL so was very disappointed. BB Geeks Squad has been here 5 times to try to correct it & replaced it once. & after three weeks 'it' just stopped working. New one worse than the first one. They've never asked me for a receipt. Sorry for the bad news.. However BB has been more than accommodating. They are installing new one for no charge & gave me $150 gift card against the upgrade system. Ris
