• I keep mine around 10 unless I’m watching some action type movie than I’ll turn it up but it’s really your choice and don’t forget to play with the other settings as welll

• It would honestly depend on how big your room is. You can set it up between 15-20 if you really want to hear the bass and 10-15 to lesser bass.
