Hooked up on the wrong port?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your feedback, we recommend replacing the HDMI or Optical cable, then power cycle both the TV and soundbar. If using an HDMI cable: Ensure CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) is enabled on both the TV and soundbar. This allows devices to communicate and control each other. Confirm that ARC (Audio Return Channel) or eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) is selected as the audio output on your TV's HDMI settings. On the TV's audio settings: Select "Soundbar" as the audio output instead of the TV's internal speakers.
