- Answer The ARENA b15 are passive speakers. They must be connected to an audio/video surround sound receiver in order to function.

QuestionThe record player I have has an rca hookup for audio. Is there a kind of converter for me to hook up these speakers to it?

- Answer The RCA type output from the record player is "Line Level". This output will have to go to some type of amplifier before the signal can go to any non-amplified speaker. The least expensive route is to buy a "Pill" speaker with a aux cord input "3.5 mm Stereo". There are several RCA Stereo Male to 3.5mm Stereo cables on the market, which you would need to hook up to a "Pill". I have the "JBL Charge 2". I love it... and it also has Bluetooth, so I can listen to music from my phone without any cables.
  I would recommend:

- Answer They are a clearance item. Meaning that once they are gone , Best Buy will no longer restock them. Get it while you can. They are a great pair of bookshelf speakers.

QuestionWhere is the crossover located inside the box? I wanna screw into the bottom of the speaker box in order to mount them, but, I don't wanna drill into the crossover's circuit board & ruin the speaker. Anyone know where the crossover board is located?

- Answer If your TV has audio out jacks (usually RCA connectors) you can hook them to an external amplifier and then to the speakers.

- Answer I don't think there is any difference except cosmetics. I looked at them both and decided to purchase the B15s because they were "closeout" priced. I use them for surround in a 7.1 system and am happy with the B15s.
