The detachable speakers need to be charged for a few hours. Reattach the speakers and let them charge overnight. I plugged my speakers into a charger and they worked immediately.

Please try again later.Make sure when you hook up the speakers to turn on either Dolby Atmos or DTS option ect, because I thought that was my issue as well when I couldn't hear the detachable speakers on my PS5 and also either at least 15 level volume or higher. Also make sure they're charged up fully as well! if that doesn't work then maybe take them back
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The detached speakers need to be charged for a while. By reattaching them to the main speaker or they may be charged by an adapter. They should work as soon as they are plugged in. Mine are working fine. I hope this answers the question
