- Answer We appreciate your interest in our JBL Bar 1000. This soundbar has a 2.0b HDMI Port version, you may also use the HDMI 2.1 for this. However, this soundbar and our other soundbars do not have the 120Hz passthrough. The good news is our JBL Bar 1000 has a VRR, HDR, 4K, 60Hz, and Dolby Version HDMI Passthrough.

QuestionHad my JBL Bar1000 about a month now. Connected to Sony 65' 750H TV via HDMI ARC ports. Sounds amazing but occasionally I get random popping sounds from the two side speakers? Is there a way to fix this or shall I return it?

QuestionHow can this possibly be 7.1.4? Are there 4 detachable speakers? There’s only 2 in the photos. If it’s only 2 then it’s 5.1.4 and the name is a lie.

QuestionI have jbl bar 1000 the bar is quite okay but I have the issue with the subwoofer,there are some frequencies that the subwoofer can't attain and by doing so it has some distortions,how can I solve this?it makes listening to music boring.

QuestionDetachable speakers will calibrate but produce no sound after I already tried to reset the sound bar I just got it out the box

- Answer The detachable speakers need to be charged for a few hours. Reattach the speakers and let them charge overnight. I plugged my speakers into a charger and they worked immediately.
