Unfortunately, no. I returned one that did the exact same thing. It was terrible. But I was able to return it in exchange for a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are two possibilities. First, your HDMI cable needs to be replaced. When you do try another cable, ensure that both ends are firmly and snugly sttached. If that fails to solve the issue, the actual pot on either the TV or the sound bar may be bad. Note that this is highly unlikely, but it is possible. Tes by connectting the TV ARC or sound output port on the TV to another speaker or device using the NEW cable and see if the issue still exists. If it does then the TV is the problem. If the issue goes away it's the sound bar. Good luck.
