QuestionIs it completely safe to use the JBL boombox 3 while plugged in? When playing music with the speaker plugged in to AC, does it stops using the battery as a power source and only use the AC as a power source?

- Answer Yes perfectly fine to leave plugged in and save the battery. Essentially to ways you can use it . If the radio stays plugged in for years then I believe the battery life will have a shorter life.

QuestionDoes the JBL boombox works on AC with battery removed? the battery is build in and I can't seem to find the replacement battery online I would like to know if the speaker will work on AC or charger only even if the battery is removed or dead.

- Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Boombox 3 mainly connects through Bluetooth and auxiliary inputs. If you want to stream music directly using AirPlay, you'll need a compatible device like an Apple TV or an AirPlay-enabled wireless speaker with an auxiliary output. Alternatively, if your AirPlay device supports Bluetooth output, you can connect it to the Boombox 3 via Bluetooth.
