Using it with your TV may cause audio-video delays since this headphones doesn't have APTX HD Low latency features. We have a JBL soundbars which is the best option to connect to your TV.

• A:Answer Our JBL Charge 5 has the PartyBoost feature it is compatible with other PartyBost enabled speakers like the Boombox 2, Flip 5, and Pulse 4. You can connect more than 100 connect+ compatible speakers together. The new PartyBoost does not support the previous Connect and Connect+ features.

• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. To update your device, please follow these steps: Open the JBL Portable App and initiate the firmware update. If the update doesn't complete successfully: Completely remove the JBL Portable App from your device and then reinstall it. Try updating the firmware once more. If it still doesn't work, you'll need to reset your device to its factory settings (Turn on the speaker. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. Speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default.). After the factory reset, try updating the firmware again. For further assistance, please contact us.
