I had the same issue, when I bought my soundbar. I ended up taking it back to Best Buy. They sent it out to their repair facility and they discoverd that it needed a new motherboard. Although I should say...out of the box, the subwoofer had sound, not the soundbar. Does your subwoofer make sound?
