omg i had this problem too, but it went away after few days , try moving it around

Please try again later.It could be that this is due to a wireless router or another wireless device like phones, tablets or computers for example which may be active around the unit. Could you please try to turn off or move away any wireless devices and check whether the noise is gone? Could you also try to move the subwoofer to a different location for a test?
