• Make sure you aren't pressing the buttons too hard and the speaker is fully charged. If problems still continue, you may use the manufacturer warranty or contact Bestbuy for further assistance.

• I've had one of these speakers since Christmas 2018 (a present from my daughter) I've had no issues with it at all. it connects to my cell phone & tablet w/o issues.

• You may need to disconnect prior speaker from your Bluetooth.
