Q: QuestionMy speaker seems to skip/pause sometimes like it's cutting out. Is that normal? I just got it.

• A:Answer Make sure the device connected to it is nearby. If the device is multiple rooms away or large distances the connection will beginning cutting in and out, if the speaker disconnects most devices will fully pause the music until it reconnects which sounds somewhat similar to what you are experienced. If you are nearby and this all still happens I recommend trying a new unit if it persists it could be a personal device issue!

Q: QuestionMy JBL-Clip 5 just sound muffled kind of not hearing great and i lower the volumen low because in high is too much crackling and i hard reset or factory reset and still not listen good at all and using it with the JBL app with NO equalizer

• A:Answer Hello, mine doesn't sound like that at all..possibly a defect from manufacturer. Might want to return that and get another one.

• A:Answer This speaker is not low on sound. If you are experiencing this than you should return yours I get a good boom out of one, and I have two, thats even louder.
