No. The noise canceling is nice and all, but the large foam walls only do so much to stop sound leaking. If I were you, I would get a separate pair of Bluetooth headphones that you can run under a pair of specialized noise canceling headphones.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dude, this headphones does protect hearing in that way. It works in up to 85 decibels. Once I was in a bus, listening to music in a moderate volume and I could hear clearly a kid crying on the back of my music.
