“In MP3 mode when the device is on, does music automatically play? We have not been able to get it to play music at all after downloading from Windows 10.”

• it plays automatically, the music has to be mp3 format only

• In Mp3 mode, you'll need to tap the right earpiece once to play/pause the music. Make sure that the mp3 files are not inside a folder when you moved it inside the JBL Endurance Dive's storage.
