QuestionHi I recently bought these wireless ear phones and I’ve only had them a couple of months the only time I use them is at work usually when I’m driving they have suddenly stopped working I was wondering if their was anything I could do To fix them ?

- Answer You can use both or you can use the right by itself. I don't think you can use the left by itself.

QuestionHow do these Endurance Peak wireless headphones compare to the Free X wireless for Gym and exercise use? I will be cycling, running, and gym cross training. Is one model better/preferred for those purposes?

- Answer I have both JBL Free and Endurance Peak. Both are pretty good, but Endurance Peak is much more secure when moving. I can feel the JBL Free start to loosen after a while and I have to push it back in. Endurance Peak stays absolutely secure. I forget I have them in after a while. I think the ear loops help to keep them secure.

QuestionThe left side seems to flecker out when attempting to charge.right,works fine..when I take out and put in again it..left , charges for maybe amin.then goes...out.makin it useless

QuestionMy question is all my earbuds I've bought from best buy have been to big or there not fitting right inside my ear. And other problem is your employees don't know recommend what earbud i can wear. I guess I'm needing a smaller inner earbud.

- Answer Hi there, please make sure that you take the right earbud first from the charging case, wait for it to turn on, then take out the left earbud from the case and it should turn itself on and automatically connect to the right earbud. - Answer Thanks for your interest in our product. Endurance Peak is a waterproof and sweatproof material. But cannot be submerged in the water, unlike the Endurance Dive.

QuestionI can't get sound thru earbuds, it goes direct to sound from phone. I try tapping earbud but nothing happens.

- Answer When that happens to me i turn them off and on again. Or put them in their storage box and they'll pair themselves. Also I've noticed that if I have them paired to two electronic devices I have to turn off bluetooth on one in order for sound to go through. Hope it helps.

- Answer Battery life is amazing; I have charged them twice in a month. Sound quality is good few will be better. The quality of the item is fantastic for the price, very sturdy, well made product.

- Answer No, they should equal hearing. The right side is the control module, but these may be an issue w/the earphones or your hearing.
