“I have the JBL free ear buds and I hear my music but the bass is little to none when in use. Is their a setting or something to increase it cause all I hear is the mid and high range sounds no bottom end noise. How do I fix this problem”

Get a new product. These are terrible. First I would try the equalizer settings on your phone or however you are playing music. If this don't fix it, I hope you bought the warranty. Try the Jaybird Tarah Pro's, little bit expensive but if you can afford them, they are the best. Good Luck
