QuestionOverall these earbuds are great. The only problem I have is trying to clean the earwax off the piece where the sounds comes out without it affecting the volume. When I do the volume goes way down in the right one for a few days. Any way to avoid this?

- Answer Well, I would definitely suggest better hygiene of your self, you should clean your ears daily so instead of worrying how to clean the ear buds would suggest you clean your own ears regularly and I assure you that earwax clogging your sound system won’t be an issue anymore.

- Answer I wondered that too. Just guessing, I think they mean don’t leave it plugged in all the time - unplug it when done charging.

QuestionIs it possible to connect an only use left earbud to listen to music? I know only right side works for phone calls, not my issue. I prefer to use one at a time an swap when batteries drain??

QuestionI just bought them and I used them for a few hours till I had to recharge them so I put them in the case and nothing. The left earbud blink for a while and no led’s come on. And the case is fully charged. Anyway to fix this?

- Answer Just received to this product. Was disappointed the left ear bud light would not stay on when charging, only the right ear bud light would come on. I don't like the right ear only for phone calls. Direction was printed so small I couldn't read them. Sending this product back less than 24 hours after receiving it.
