“I have had these earbuds for many months and love them, but the left earbud suddenly stopped syncing to the right one. The blue light flashes on and off faster than the right one which still syncs to my phone just fine. Is there a way to fix this issue?”

I've had the exact same problem. I realized there was a manufacturing error. The prongs in the case are not the same as the right and prevent a proper connection and charging capability
