“I recently bought these but they will not connect with my iPad or iPhone. I was able to connect it to iPad once but then off and on only one of the two will work and now none work. I hate to say that but this is the worst wireless buds I have ever used.”

Please make sure that the earbuds are on pairing mode. Please note that only he right bud can be used independently to pair with your devices. The left bud is secondary and will only connect with the right bud. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.
