• Yes. Bridging it will give more power if in a sealed box not a ported box.

• Yes. I have a pair wired in parallel powered by a monoblock amp with a 1.8 final ohm load (voice coil resistance of each sub was actually 3.6 ohms as measured with a multimeter).

• If you have two of the same JBL GX 1200 4-ohm subs, yes, you can wire them in parallel to make a 2-ohm load. However, you must ensure that your amp can handle a 2-ohm load and deliver the wattage RMS required by the subs (250W + 250W = 500 Watts total RMS) at high to maximum bass levels.
