QuestionHow do I change the sensitivity if it’s even possible as soon as I move my head it beeps and shuts my music off and lil tap my music stops is there anyway I can change this? If not I will be returning them cause it’s really annoying I can’t even go 1 min

- Answer If you're talking about Play and pause automation, then you'll need the app to turn it off. (JBL Headphones) Once you have your headphones connected to the app, click the button or the gear icon in the top right corner. Then you'll see Play and pause automation.
