• A:Answer No! I was surprised that at this price point it comes with a bag I wouldn't keep my sunglasses in. Almost every other comparable set of headphones on the market come with a case. I love the headphones but JBL needs to do better. You can buy a $30 set on Amazon that comes with a case. Some of them are really nice cases. Very disappointing.

However, you can disable this feature using our JBL Headphones App. To do this, connect your headphones to the app. Scroll down until you see "Voice Prompt". It gives you options to enable or disable it or to change the language.
