QuestionI just purchased the jbl partybox 310, I want to know if I keep plugging to the outlet all the time, could it damage the battery?

- Answer Thank you for your question. There is no issue with leaving your JBL PartyBox 310 plugged in at all times; the battery will not overcharge, as it features PCM (Protection Circuit Module) that cuts off the current once fully charged to protect the battery.

QuestionIs the Party Box 310 good for DJing, does it have delay when used with a cable. And if there is a delay, is it noticeable when scratching or beat matching with headphones?

- Answer I used it for DJing for family get togethers without a cable. I had zero issues with delay and no issues in my headphones. Hope this helps.

- Answer Thanks for your inquiry. You can connect 2 partybox 310s via TWS. Simply press the buttons labeled TWS on both speakers to connect the speakers in TWS mode. TWS can be activated and deactivated remotely in the JBL Partybox app, in addition to assigning the left and right channels to the correct speakers. Once the TWS connection is set up, it will be in Stereo mode by default if both speakers are the same model, otherwise, the speakers will be in Party mode by default if different Partybox models are used. You can also switch between Stereo and Party mode in the JBL PartyBox app if two of the same Partybox models are used.

Based on audio output, our JBL Partybox 1000 has an Output power of 1100 watts and a Dynamic frequency response range of 30Hz-20kHz (-6dB) while our Partybox 310 has an Output power of 240 watts and a Dynamic frequency response range of 45 Hz - 20 KHz (-6 dB). This means that our Partybox 1000 will have the ability to amplify lower frequencies (bass) at a higher volume.

- Answer Our JBL Partybox 310 is rated IPX4 which means that it can withstand water splashes from any direction. However, the unit is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water. As long as the speaker is properly protected against the elements, you can keep the speaker outside.

- Answer It depends on the capabilities of the Blue-ray play if the player can separate the video and audio signal using HDMI. Blu-ray player to projector set-up, the HDMI normally is plugged into a video-only output port (DVI-HDMI, VGA-HDMI). Please make sure that the JBL Partybox 310 is selected as the speaker to use on your Audio Preferences which can be accessed through your source.
