Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our JBL Partybox 310 has an output power of 240W RMS, while the JBL Boombox 3 runs with 1x80W RMS (Subwoofer) + 2x40W RMS (Midrange) + 2x10W RMS (Tweeter) in AC mode. While the JBL Boombox 3 consists of multiple drivers or transducers, the JBL Partybox 310 generally offers more output power and bigger transducers than the JBL Boombox 3. The combined output power of the drivers gives us the RMS rating. While RMS rating is the main contributing factor when comparing loudness by specs, loudness can be perceived differently in real-world scenarios depending on acoustics and source material being played.
